Arlance & Claudine

Arlance and Claudine Clark began their business operating from their home, installing in‑ground swimming pools for a real estate company after Arlance’s previous employer of 13 years closed its doors. As demand grew, they opened their first retail location on K Highway, which was managed by their daughter. Continued business growth led to a move to a larger facility at 1314 North 4th Street.



The success of that location eventually enabled them to build their own facility at Messanie and Belt Highway, where the business continues to operate today.

Nathan Morrow

Nathan Morrow, grandson of founders Arlance and Claudine Clark, is proud to carry on the family tradition. The Clark family has served the Saint Joseph community since 1971, and Nathan remains committed to upholding their legacy of quality and service.
